The cadre I help build rests on four requirements: purpose, value, integrity, autonomy. And on seven articles adoptable by the executive committee. Not an absolute ideal, a concrete decision object.
Full technical sovereignty is out of reach for almost every organisation. Claiming otherwise is a decoy. The relevant question is not "how to avoid dependency" but how to choose it, bound it and keep it reversible. That is the space VEIA occupies.
